I struggle with the 20 I ...That's quite a goal. I struggle with the 20 I have to get rid of. But getting out and going to the gym is a great start. <br />Have you checked out Spark People? I am really bad about checking in there, but when I do, I actually see a difference. They really help with keeping track of how many calories you consume each day, and how many of those calories you're actually getting rid of through exercise. I need to get back over there again.
