How did it get to be Monday already? I feel like the weekend was squandered away on chores and endless errands, and not too much fun was had, I think by any of us. Fortunately, with the holiday weekend coming up, we should be able to fit in some fun, especially since Husband hopefully will come home for good Thursday night. Well, not for good, like permanently, but hopefully for a good while, at least. Needless to say, while cooking for just Baby and me again this week, things will be a bit on the boring side again. Oh well.
Monday - Chicken and stuffing (from a Campbell's box mix, that's pretty edible)
Tuesday - Spaghetti and garlic bread
Wednesday - Barbecue chicken
Thursday - Mac and cheese and cheddar-garlic biscuits (I use the frozen Pillsbury variety)
Friday - PW Chicken Strips (a Pioneer Woman recipe, stay tuned and I will post Friday)
Saturday - Burgers on the grill
Sunday - Maryland fried chicken with cream gravy (a new recipe!! stay tuned for the recipe)

Sounds like a good plan! I have to make 3 meal plans a week. 1 for me and my hubby and then 1 for the kids I nanny for and then 1 for my bosses. No, none of us like the same meals or I would consolidate....
